Once this was calculated we solved for the cumulative probability. This number came out to be 0.991. Since this number is greater than 0.95, we can confidently say that the values do affect eachother. Meaning that it proves part of our hypothesis correct.
GPA and Time Spent on Social Media:
Once all this was calculates we found the cumulative probability. This came out to be 0.92. This number is not 0.95 or greater, meaning we can not be confident in saying that these two values directly affect eachother. However, the number is really close so there is possibly a relationship. Maybe if more data was collected and students answered truthfully that number would increase.
